The Problem of Sin – our fault or our circumstances?

Canon Angela Tilby addressed the idea of sin in the Bible and the Christian spiritual tradition, and what sense we can make of spiritual warfare.

    Amanda and Angela refer to Angela’s difficulty in travelling from Portsmouth to Winchester.  A freight train had derailed, blocking the lines on Angela’s route.  Fortunately Angela found a train to Romsey, ten miles from Winchester, where a kind friend picked her up.
5 February Sin or lack of self-esteem?  Is our problem too much self-love or not enough?
